Please take a moment to say a prayer or send some good energy down to New Orleans. Granted, they're probably a little better prepared for this hurricane, but it's going to be devastating nonetheless. My heart goes out to the people of New Orleans, they are the truest example of the power of the human spirit. Be safe, PLEASE evacuate and my God bless each and everyone of you. I will be glued to the weather channel tracking Gustav as he makes his trek into the Gulf of Mexico.
Also, as noted in my last blog, I have a few exciting things coming up. A review of the HBO miniseries, along with an interview with Chance Kelly, who plays "Godfather." Keep you eye on this guy, as he'll probably go up for an Emmy for his role. Also, a review of the new book "Time Well Wasted" by D. Haines and Tony Ciccone, about an Army unit in Somalia pre-Blackhawk Down. I will also run and interview with one of the authors.
