One of Russ's co-workers told him she went to look at a house that she thinks is haunted. The house is vacant and in fore closure and in need of A LOT of work. She said that while they were standing outside, she had a few odd things happen. A bottle cap just rolled across the ground, they heard strange old music coming from the house and they had some really bad feelings. Since the house was locked up tight, they just decided not to go in. Of course, once we heard this, Russ and I, being avid watchers of "Ghost Hunters," had to see for ourselves. When we arrived, the house was open, every door. We didn't get any bad vibes at all and I snapped photos in every room. I did get one interesting photo, but I'm sure it's more a play on the light coming in from the living room windows, but one never knows. There's something eerie about the picture and how the light seems to just brush through the middle. You can double click on the picture to enlarge it to see the detail.
Now look at it when I show it to you as a negative. It looks as though someone ran a paint brush across the photo. My lens was clean and I was standing still when I took the picture. Besides this was the 5th picture I took out of 40 and its the only one that has this smeared affect on it. If you enlarge them you can see the smudge marks that look like they're on the photo. Like someone painted over a photography. Who knows what cause it? It's still a pretty awesome shot!
